By using TAPUS! websites, shop, customer account, or NFC products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Shop and orders

• Prices, availability, and product descriptions may change without notice.
• Orders are confirmed when placed; production timelines depend on product and payment status.
• You are responsible for accurate contact and delivery information.

Payments

We accept manual payment methods and PayMongo Hosted Checkout (cards, GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and other channels PayMongo supports). Payment confirmation may occur via webhook or manual admin verification. Refunds and partial payments are handled per order status and our finance policies.

NFC devices and customer account

• You are responsible for URLs, content, and privacy settings on devices you configure.
• Do not use TAPUS! devices for illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Domain requests are subject to admin approval and our whitelist policies.

Google Drive integration

Connecting Google Drive is optional and required only for products that use Drive storage. You authorize TAPUS to use limited drive.file access as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access through Google account settings or by disconnecting in your TAPUS profile.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to breach security, abuse admin systems, scrape the site excessively, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts or devices that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

TAPUS! products and services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of NFC redirects, third-party links, or payment processors.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
